Getting Started

Welcome to AdvanceMMO! This guide will help you get started with the plugin and understand the basics of the MMO system.

First Steps

When you first join a server running AdvanceMMO, you'll need to set up your character:

1. Choose a Class - Use /class select to choose your character class. Each class has unique advantages and disadvantages.
2. Choose a Race - Use /race select to select your character race. Races provide special bonuses.
3. Select Abilities - Use /ability select to choose your starting abilities.
4. Develop Your Skills - Use /skill to open your skill tree and spend skill points on powerful abilities.
5. Explore Dungeons - Use /dungeon enter <name> to enter procedurally generated dungeons with unique rewards.

Leveling System

AdvanceMMO features a comprehensive leveling system:

• Gain XP by fighting mobs, completing quests, crafting items, and achieving milestones
• Level up to unlock new abilities and gain stat bonuses
• Each level requires more XP than the previous one
• Check your level and XP using /mmo stats

Basic Commands

/mmo	Open the main menu
/class [info|list|select]	View or select classes

/ability [info|list|select]	View or select abilities
/quest list	View available quests
/profession gui	Open profession selection GUI
/skill	Open skill tree GUI

/skill reset	Reset skill tree (costs money)
/hud toggle	Toggle HUD display

Skill System

The skill system allows you to customize your character with powerful abilities:

• Skill Points: Earned by leveling up, completing quests, and achievements
• Skill Types: PASSIVE (always active), ACTIVE (manual activation), TRIGGER (automatic), AURA (team support)
• Mana System: Active skills require mana, which regenerates over time
• Skill Combos: Activate skills in sequence to trigger powerful combo effects
• Respeccing: Reset your skill tree and redistribute points (costs money)

Understanding the HUD

The HUD (Heads-Up Display) shows important information:

• Level - Your current character level
• XP - Experience points and progress to next level
• Gold - Your currency balance
• Health - Current and maximum health
• Mana - Current and maximum mana (if applicable)

You can toggle the HUD on/off using /hud toggle.
